The main mission of the Department of Military Robotics is educational, research and expert activity for the benefit of the Czech Army, support of implementation processes and targeted training of technical and managerial specialists in the scientific disciplines of technical cybernetics, applied robotics and autonomous/automated control systems (2ACS), which are the main professional focus and in the direction of the department’s development. Professional activity is focused on the development and modernization of robotic and autonomous systems (RAS) and the use of modern technologies in RAS, research into the optimization of the use of RAS in the operational environment and the evaluation of the influence of modern military technologies and RAS on the conduct of the combat activities of units.
