Department of Mechanical Engineering

Teaching

Study programme

The department guarantees the full-time and combined form of study in Bachelor’s and Master’s study programme, in “Military Technologies”. It also guarantees the study of material and technological engineering, machinery parts, elasticity and durability, technical mechanics and thermomechanics and hydrodynamics for students of the Military Technology study programme.

Graduates are awarded a Bachelor’s (Bc.) or an Engineer’s (Ing.) degree. The department offers a number of programmes in all forms of lifelong education for MoD employees as well as civilian study programmes including doctoral study. The department is qualified to train military specialists in special and technical courses and it also offers Master studies programmes for foreign students.
